Seilah's blessing was on October 11, 2009. Her teti (daddy) performed the blessing and did a great job, even tho he was so nervous!! We had Christian & Sasha and their kids as well as Byron come from California and we had alot of family from out here come. Una's mother Mosiana came down from Salt Lake and so glad she did. My dad drove up from St. George. The priesthood that were in the circle was Bishop Fale, Uncle Tali Ngatuvai (Una's cousin), Uncle Moli Ngatuvai (Una's uncle), Uncle Christian Hadad (my brother), Grandpa Pato Hadad (my father), Uncle Kyle Clark (my cousin LauraLee's husband), and my husband Unaloto Taufa. We are so grateful for everyone that came out to be apart of the blessing. We had some friend's from Salt Lake come out as well; Movete & Mua Fakalata and Teita & Jackie Veanuku & their kids. We had a little eating with our family and friends at my mother's house. And it was nice to just have the family around even tho it was only for the weekend, but we were so grateful that everyone was able to make it for Seilah's blessing!! Thank you for making it a great weekend!!

Sean and Seilah at the Dr for Seilah!! She got sick while they were visiting us.
So my little brother Sean and his wife Annie just got home from Vietnam and they hadn't seen us and Seilah since Seilah was about a month old. So they came up to Utah for a couple day visit that turned into a week visit and Annie didn't want to leave at all. Glad they came to visit because it was fun to have them around. We didn't really do anything except just hang out and visit with each other. Unfortunately, Seilah and I got sick while they were here visiting and sadly still are sick, but we still had fun hanging out with them while they were here. They left early Monday morning because they had to get back to California to pack for another trip to Vietnam. Sean and Annie are managers of a couple of hotels that Annie's parents own, so they are going to go back and forth to manage the hotel until Annie starts school again. Glad they came up here for a fun but quick visit. Next week is Thanksgiving and then next month is Christmas. The holidays are not going to be the same this year because a lot has changed within my extended family. So we'll see how Thanksgiving and Christmas turn out. My parents sadly after 33 years of marriage got a divorce this year, so things aren't and haven't been the same since I got married. The holidays are a big event with my mother and since there is only 3 kids in Utah, (including me and my family), my mother is making a huge deal out of Thanksgiving and Christmas. So for Thanksgiving we're going to my mother's house for a little bit during the day and then going to Una's sister's house in Salt Lake to spend some time with his family. But for Christmas, we decided that we are going to go to California to see my family because my brothers Ramon and David and Ramon's family haven't met Seilah yet. So of course I'm very excited to see and spend Christmas with my family!!
